Ordering and Payment
Q. How can I place an order?
A. You can place order by sending us email sales@tradeshowdisplays.com.sg or submitting the quote form at each product page.
Q. Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders?
A. We offer discounts on bulk orders for all our products.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. All payment are accepted via PAYPAL, Bank Account Transfer.
PAYPAL is safe(Your bank account detail will NOT disclosure to us) and real time(Order only will be shipped after full payment is completed).
Q. When is payment required?
A. Because all display orders are custom made, we can’t resell it if you cancel the order. So we need down payment before production.
For order less than $5000, full payment is required.
For orders larger than $5000, 50% deposit is required.
Artwork & Template
Q. Can you help us with the artwork?
A. Ideally you will send us the finished artwork that meets your exact requirements for your display.
However, if you need assistance, we have graphic designers available to provide you with expert advice and assistance in the preparation of your artwork.
If required, our graphic designers can also create the artwork for you.
All you need to do is provide us with the high-resolution images, logos, text etc. and our graphic designers will design and do the rest for you.
These services will be charged out at $100 per hour. Each job will be quoted for on an individual basis.
Q. How do we send the artwork?
A. Artwork is less than 5mb, send it to sales@tradeshowdisplays.com.sg
Artwork is larger than 5mb, send it with wetransfer.com
Q. What format of artwork is required?
A. We accept artwork in the following formats:
PDF (print resolution)
CMYK TIF (print resolution)
Photoshop (EPS, TIF, PSD)
Illustrator (please convert all text to paths/curves)
All supporting images, files and fonts are included.
100dpi at the full printed size is required.
We recommend you supply us images in the highest resolution possible as this will provide the best quality result for your banner.

Q. What is your delivery policy?
A. All banners/displays are free shipping by DHL,but U$100+/delivery will be charged if the address is remote area confirmed by DHL.
All goods are couriered directly to your required destination.
Q. When can I expect my order?

Q. Do you do international shipping?
A: Yes, we do international shipping. No matter where you are located, we can ship it to you.

Q. What type of packing the displays will be packed with?
A. All displays will be wrapped around bubble paper and packed into carton.
Q. What if my delivery contains damaged goods?
A. This happens infrequently, but sometimes minor damage can occur during transportation or a product may contain a manufacturer defect.
If this occurs, contact us immediately at sales@tradeshowdisplays.com.sg and we will aim to resolve the situation.

Q. What is your service policy?
A. We have selected high quality products that should not require any warranty service.
However, if your have a problem, contact us and we will arrange collection and dispatch of a replacement product.
We offer a 6 months warranty on every product (excluding graphics), for any defects in materials and workmanship, from the date of delivery.
Product Quality
Q. Can the graphic be double sided?
A.Yes, most of our products can be double sided print. You can tell us your requirement when placing orders.
Q. Will the fabirc see through in front of light.
A. Most of our fabirc won’t see through until you put them in front of light.
If there is lighting behind the display, you want to stop the light goes through the display, we have blockout fabric to achieve it.
Q. Are the fabric wrinkle free?
A. Yes, our fabirc are wrinkle free if folded properly. But you can iron to smooth it if there is wrinkle.
Q. Are the prints are HD printing?
A. Yes, all our graphic are printed on high definition with vivid color.
Q. Can you match pantone color?
A. Yes, we will try our best match pantone color, but as you know large format printer is CMYK color mode, so there will be a minor difference.
